Cake & Storage

How long can a cake stay out?

Our mini cakes can sit out for about one hour at room temperature. We recommend enjoying them soon after serving.

How should I store my cakes?

Once thawed, cakes can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. We don’t recommend re-freezing after they’ve been defrosted.

What is the freezer shelf-life?

If your cakes arrive frozen, you can keep them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Defrost only when you’re ready to enjoy.

Do you offer whole cakes?

At this time, we specialize in mini cakes only.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our cakes are not gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or kosher. Please review allergen details before ordering.

How are cakes packaged?

Each mini cake is packed in its own compartment for freshness and safe travel. Simply thaw, uncover, and serve.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 2 days before your scheduled ship date by 12 PM local time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because our cakes are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Do you have a physical pickup location?

Currently, we ship only and do not offer in-person pickup.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the contiguous United States (48 states).

Which carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number 1–2 days before shipment.

Do you require a signature?

No signature is needed for delivery.

What time will my package arrive?

Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but you will receive notice when your order is shipped out and on it's way.

What if my package is missing but marked as delivered?

Please contact us right away so we can help locate your package.

Gifting & Events

Can I add a personalized message?

At this time, we can’t include custom notes or gift wrapping.

Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?

Can you make custom flavors?

At this time, we don’t offer custom flavors, but we hope you’ll love our signature selection.

Will receipts be included in gift orders?

No receipts or invoices are included in shipments. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but they’re coming soon.
